Who we are

Information from clients

When you email us, we receive your email address and the brief you send. We use it to reply, build and deliver your lists, and handle your account.

Referrals. If you buy through a partner's referral link, Stripe records the partner reference attached to that link with your purchase. We use it only to work out and pay the partner's commission, and we tell the partner the pack bought and the date, not your contact details. We keep referral records for as long as we need them for payouts, tax and accounting. Partners give us their name, payment details and tax forms so we can pay them; we use these only for the partner program and legal obligations. Our website itself sets no cookies; Stripe's checkout is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Data in our lead lists

Lead lists are built from public business data only.

Where our lead data comes from and why we use it: We collect business contact details only (name, job title, work email, the company's published main business phone number, company and work location) from publicly available sources: the business's own website and public business listings (including OpenStreetMap). We do not collect home addresses, personal phone numbers or sensitive information. Contains information from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). We use these details to help businesses find relevant business contacts, which is our legitimate business interest, and we limit them to professional information. Anyone may ask us in writing at support@listquay.com to see, correct or delete their data, or to be left out of future lists. We license business contact data to customers. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing support@listquay.com with the subject 'Remove me'. We will add you to our suppression list and stop supplying your details within 15 days. You may use an authorised agent. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We reply to access requests within 45 days.

This website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.

Your requests

To see, correct or delete information, or to be left out of future lists (including removal of a phone number), email support@listquay.com. Opt-outs are added to our suppression list within 15 days so they are not supplied again; we reply to access requests within 45 days. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
